Lisa Stornaielo is a seasoned talent management consultant who leads organizational transformation efforts and architects leadership development strategies and experiential learning opportunities. Her consulting, coaching, and facilitation improves business performance, accelerates leadership preparedness, and supports culture change.
She has expertise in:
- leading change efforts – working with organizations to help leaders understand elements of change and foster an environment for making shifts that stick.
- designing & facilitating blended-cohort development programs for leaders in transition, leaders in place, and high-potential talent.
- creating competency models, assessment tools, and certification programs for facilitators and HR Business Partners.
